Mount Si girls’ soccer player Wallace, only a junior, makes decision on college future
We have a great piece of news for you from Mount Si High School’s girls’ soccer program this afternoon. Junior forward Michaela “KK” Wallace today verbally committed to play for Central Washington University come the fall of 2015. Wallace, with this decision, becomes the second member of Mount Si’s girls’ soccer class of 2015 to decide on a college; fellow junior Karli White, prior to joining the MSHS program this fall, had verbally committed to attend the University of Arkansas.
Wallace scored four goals and added five assists this fall for the Wildcats, earning her a second-team Kingco all-league honor, and comes back next season as one of the top returners for a team that just missed the playoffs after falling in four straight matches to close the season.
Mount Si coach Darren Brown is thrilled. “I am really proud of all of the hard work KK has put into her game,” Brown said by email to the SVSJ. “This is much deserving from an athlete who has had all of the potential but was committed to getting herself better by working hard on and off the field.”

Mount Si’s varsity girls’ soccer team season ends with loss to Liberty on Senior Night, but JV’s make a little history
Posted on October 30, 2013 by Rhett Workman - Snoqualmie Valley Sports Journal

Almost two weeks ago, when Mount Si’s girls’ soccer team started their string of four straight home games to close out the season, the Wildcats were sitting pretty looking straight ahead to a potential long playoff run. Oh, how times change, and in a big way. Three straight losses going into last night’s regular season home finale against Liberty put Mount Si on the outside of the Kingco playoff hunt looking in, needing a win and some help to earn their slot. It, however, was not to be, ending the season for Mount Si and the high school careers of seven special seniors. READ ARTICLE

JV Post Final Win For 2013 Season Against Liberty 2-1
By: Coach Glenn Crammer - 10.30.13
Game Report: Wow Wow Wow!!! Team 9-0-5 League 9-1-5 Overall - Great season Team, Greg and I want to tell you how proud we are of you! Going into the season I knew it was going to be hard with 20 player's then 19. I know some of you wanted to play more this year, but I hope we were able to help you improve your game and know what you need to do to get ready for next year. Again...it was a pleasure having you on my team.
Tonight the goal was to stay undefeated and beat Liberty. Well...as we have done before we started a bit slow, and after going down a goal we picked up our game. We were able to tie the game on a nice goal by Hannah Winfrey on a pass from Malia Barrett. The game was back and forth then and as she has done the past two game Jane Livingston drilled a shot passed the Liberty keeper on a pass from Miranda Fisher that turned out to be the game winner. Team we finished real strong beating the top three teams in our league. We still have a lot of work to get ready for next year. Remember what we told you and what Coach Brown said. That it is very important you practice and come ready at next years tryouts. See you next year, Coach Cramer, and Roark
